No thanks to the recent outbreak of E Coli in Europe, cruise ships have been forced to undergo highly stringent food preparation tests as they weed out the cause of this deadly disease. Sadly, twenty-two people have died because of E coli infections and over two-thousand more fell ill and many suspect that the source was from Spain, but in more recent new, Germany has been found to be the true source of the E coli outbreaks.

Europe is battling a selection of imported Spanish vegetables that are infected with potentially fatal bacteria and has caused the death of 14 people. Several countries have banned the diseased Spanish fruits and vegetables, which has led to arguments between diplomats. While officials haven’t determined the source of the outbreak, imported Spanish cucumbers were found containing traces of the bacterium.
